Fees and Funding

- Fees are charged at an hourly rate payable monthly, as agreed in the contract.
- We request that fees are paid by bank transfer. Our bank account details are included on our invoices.
- Fees are paid in advance and due by the end of the preceding month (date stated on invoice when due).
- A deposit of £50 is requested to secure a place for any child. This is non-refundable, if the placement is not taken up within time.
- A registration fee of £50 is added to the first invoice, this is for administration, 5hour setting in session and a complementary Little Sprouts hoodie.
- All absences will be charged at contracted hourly rates (e.g. for sickness or family events). Meal charges will be deducted off invoice, if reasonable notice period is given.
- EARLY ARRIVALS/LATE PICK UPS which have not been previously arranged may incur an additional charge.
- Children are accepted on a full or part time basis. However we request that a child attends a minimum of 12 hours a week with this being over two days. This is to help the child to feel established within their group and to build relationships with the new people in their lives.
- Fees may be subject to change, with 1 months notice given.

Fees from April 2026
- 0-2 years old: £10.00 an hour
- 2-3 years old: £9.70 an hour
- 3-4 years old: £8.70 an hour
- Dinner: £3.75
- Non-Food Consumables: £1.00 on every funded hour, this includes wipes, suncream, toiletries and non-essential PPE for personal care

Childcare Funding
- We offer all funding types, working parent funding, 9months – from the term after they turn 9months, 2year (30hrs- the term which follows their 2nd birthday, 2year (15hrs disadvantaged with notification from the government) and 3/4year funding 15/30hrs the term which follows their 3rd birthday.
- This funding is for 38 weeks of the year (term time only). As Little Sprouts is open 50 weeks of the year these hours can be stretched over this entire period, being used flexibly.
